I bring extensive practical experience as a leader, managing director and shareholder, have been responsible for the scaling and crisis leadership of a 100-million company and have mastered extreme situations from my own practical experience.

The stories of sports legends and their unprecedented comebacks have inspired me and given me valuable insights into the power of perseverance and mental strength. My own journey - from personal struggles to professional challenges - has taught me that true growth often comes from pain. As a learning, change and growth facilitator, I am here to help transform these painful experiences into strength and success.

From brick-and-mortar retail to leadership roles in industry and trade, to the co-founding and leadership of an event agency and my role as managing partner in e-commerce, I have experienced organizations from different perspectives: during growth, in crises and in moments of fundamental change.

These experiences continue to shape my work today.

I know the pressure of making decisions under uncertainty, the dynamics of growing teams and the challenge of distributing responsibility within an organization so that people truly move into action.

I see potential in people, teams and organizations. And I am passionate about unlocking it. With structure, trust and a clear focus on what truly matters. In this context, my role is less that of a traditional consultant and more that of a sparring partner and companion for leaders who want more than operational routine.


What Has Shaped Me

In addition to my entrepreneurial experience, the world of sports has also strongly shaped me. Through my experiences with athletes, coaches and high-performance teams, I have learned how people function under pressure and what enables them to stand up again when things do not go as planned. Comebacks do not arise from motivation alone.


They arise from clarity, responsibility and the courage to take new paths.

This mindset also shapes my work with leaders and organizations:

Not seeing setbacks as the end, but as a moment from which new energy can emerge.
